1. Introduction

Welcome to Aurelion Future Forge. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and Aurelion Future Forge ("We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Services

We provide the following services:

  • Web Development

  • Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)

  • Custom Software Development

  • AI Product development &LLM Development

  • UI/UX Design

  • Hosting Setup and Deployment

  • Technical Support and Maintenance

Services will be delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and specifications outlined in the official project contract or quotation.

3. Payments

  • A detailed quote or invoice will be shared before project initiation.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Payments shall be made as per the milestones agreed upon.

  • Delay in payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

  • No refunds will be processed for completed work or consumed milestones.

  • payment made through packages  subjective to refund and privacy policy

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property developed during the project will be the sole property of the client upon full payment.

  • Aurelion Future Forge may showcase completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business data. Any proprietary or confidential information shared will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely inputs.

  • Respond to queries and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute software/code without permission.

7. Revisions & Scope Creep

  • The project scope will be detailed in the agreement. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as new tasks and billed separately.

  • Limited rounds of revisions are included. Excessive changes may incur extra charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Either party may terminate the project by giving a 14-day notice.

  • In case of cancellation, work completed till date will be invoiced and must be settled before termination is effective.

9. Liability

Aurelion Future Forge is not liable for:

  • Business losses or loss of data arising from the use of our services.

  • Issues resulting from client-side hosting/server errors.

  • Delays caused due to third-party APIs or services.

10. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support duration will be defined in the package or agreement. Extended maintenance or support contracts are available upon request.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in INDIA

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the latest terms.
