At Aurelion Future Forge, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including software development, app development, web solutions, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are considered final.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

If the service has not been initiated or started within 7 days of payment.
If the deliverables are not in accordance with the initial agreement and no resolution is achieved within a reasonable time.
In case of duplicate payment due to technical error.

Non-refundable services:

Completed development milestones or delivered phases.
Subscription or retainers already consumed or utilized.

To request a refund, contact us at admin@aurelionfutureforge.com within 7 days of the payment date with valid reasoning and transaction proof. All approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.
